Owen and Yongue Street Duplexes

My duplex appartment units are located on quiet streets convenient to everything Brevard has to offer. It's a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, the bike path, and the college. They are 11,00 sq/ft with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, eat-in kitchen, deck, and in-unit washer and dryer.

My rentals consist of 6 units in 3 duplex buildings all located near each other on Owen and Yongue Streets in Brevard. These units have more of a private atmosphere compared to that of a larger condo or apartment complex. I am onsite on a regular basis, personally taking care of the lawn, landscaping and other maintenance to the properties.

The pictures on this website include examples my units after they have been renovated. Rent is currently $1,600/month with a $1,600 security deposit and I require a one-year lease. Applicants are also responsible for a $35 identity-verified renter application that includes a credit report, criminal background check and eviction record. Smoking and pets are NOT permitted. Tenant is responsible for power, gas, water, and Internet.
